The Student Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring student engagement, activities, and development programs across all schools. The role focuses on developing students’ skills, attitudes, values, behaviors, and employability competencies, while ensuring a consistent student experience across the school network.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Activities & Engagement. Develop and manage the annual Student Activities Plan across all schools.. Plan extracurricular activities, competitions, events, clubs, trips, and student initiatives.. Ensure active student participation and engagement in school life.. Coordinate activities across schools and ensure consistent implementation standards.. Manage partnerships with external organizations supporting student activities and development.Skills & Attitude Development. Develop and implement a structured Skills & Attitude Development Program for students.. Focus on key competencies including:Communication and presentation skills. Teamwork and collaborationLeadership. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Time management and self-management. Professional behavior and workplace ethics. Discipline, responsibility, and accountability. Adaptability and continuous learning. Integrate employability and workplace-readiness skills into student development activities.. Develop tools to assess and track students' skills and attitude development.Student Development Programs. Design workshops, camps, challenges, competitions, and development programs.. Coordinate career awareness, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and personal development activities.. Identify talented and high-potential students and create opportunities for further development.. Support initiatives that promote student leadership and student-led projects.School Coordination. Work closely with School Managers and designated student activity coordinators.. Provide schools with activity guidelines, calendars, tools, and implementation materials.. Conduct regular school visits to monitor student engagement programs.. Train and support school staff responsible for student activities.. Identify and share best practices across schools.Monitoring & Reporting. Establish KPIs for student participation, engagement, skills development, and program impact.. Maintain centralized records of activities and student participation.. Monitor student feedback and satisfaction.. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on student engagement and development.. Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs.Key Performance Indicators. Student participation rate in activities.. Percentage of students completing skills development programs.. Improvement in students' skills and attitude assessments.. Number and quality of activities implemented per school.. Student satisfaction and engagement levels..
