Description
The RoleWe're hiring our first School Partnership Manager to own how we build and grow relationships with schools — from first conversation through signed pilot, renewal, and expansion. This is a foundational hire — you'll work directly with the founder, shape how we approach schools as much as execute those conversations, and your fingerprints will be on our partnership strategy for years to come. You’ll be the main relationship lead for every school we work with; someone who understands what principals need to hear, what teachers need reassurance on, and how school procurement really works — ideally because you’ve been on the other side of the table. What You'll DoBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective partner schools and universities, from first outreach through signed pilotOwn the full partnership cycle — discovery conversations with school leadership, tailoring the pitch to different stakeholders (leadership, teachers, parents), navigating procurement and RFP processes where they existManage existing school partnerships — pilot success, renewal conversations, and expansion within a school (e.g. from one grade to schoolwide)Be the voice of the customer internally — bring back what schools actually need, what objections come up, and what's working, to shape product and pricing decisionsRepresent Massarak-Psy in person — school visits, leadership meetings, and eventually conferences or education-sector events in EgyptWhere relevant, help introduce our existing psychometric assessment services to the same school relationships, and vice versa
