Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Product Manager 1 for P&T Technology supports the delivery and management of specific product areas within the P&T portfolio, contributing to the successful execution of product initiatives that drive customer and business value. This role focuses on translating product goals into clear requirements, supporting the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, the role requires analyzing customer and business needs, prioritizing features, and tracking progress against defined outcomes. The role requires partnership with engineering, design, and operations teams to support sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness, ensuring product releases meet defined standards and expectations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to learn from data, feedback, and outcomes — building the foundation for growth into broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•    Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned product features or modules. 
•    Contribute to defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer and business needs. 
•    Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and smooth delivery within sprints. 
•    Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities to support timely and quality product releases. 

•    Track product performance metrics, customer feedback, and adoption data to identify improvement opportunities. 
•    Assist in maintaining up-to-date product documentation, roadmaps, and progress reports. 
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, address issues, and ensure alignment on delivery milestones. 
•    Conduct basic market and user research to support prioritization and feature validation. 
•    Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the product development cycle. 
•    Learn and apply best practices in product management, customer focus, and agile delivery.
•    Demonstrate DP World’s values and principles in day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, and professional conduct. 
•    Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the P&T product portfolio.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
