Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. PMP certification is a must. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, or performance management. Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools. Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports. Experience working within government, public sector, or large complex organizations is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Job Summary:Lead the planning, monitoring, and performance management of the sector's strategic projects and initiatives.
