Join Emerson as a Quality Engineer and lead quality assurance efforts at our Aiken, SC manufacturing facility, where we produce components for solenoid valves and pneumatic actuators. The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, qualifying, and continuously improving manufacturing and quality processes within our fabrication and assembly operations. This role drives product and process excellence through data-driving decision making, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve key performance indicators for the site and drive overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of quality related experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering)
