Position Summary:The C-Store Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across Convenience Stores, C-Stores, and Traditional Trade channels. This role requires a strong sales background, hands-on supervisory experience, and the ability to use data and reporting to optimize performance across the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of sales representatives/merchandisers covering C-Store, Convenience, and Traditional Trade outlets.Drive achievement of sales targets, volume goals, and distribution objectives within the assigned territory.Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with store owners/customers in line with company guidelines.Ensure proper merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and product visibility across outlets.Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to management.Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributors, and key customers.Conduct regular market visits to ensure execution quality and resolve on-ground issues.Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and customer engagement.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and trade agreements.Requirements:4–6 years of experience in FMCG Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong, proven experience working with C-Stores, Convenience, and Traditional Trade channels.Solid understanding of pricing structures, customer negotiation techniques, and merchandising standards.Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Key Competencies:Results-driven with strong commercial acumenTeam leadership and coaching abilityAnalytical mindset with attention to detailStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAdaptability in fast-paced, field-based environments
