Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science or HSE, or equivalent relevant qualification.
NEBOSH IGC certification.
ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Relevant training/certification in Incident Investigation.
Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Strong experience in shutdown/turnaround, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, ISO requirements and applicable HSE legislation.
Practical experience with PTW, JSEA/JHA, LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height and SSOW.
Proven experience conducting HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Experience leading and mentoring HSE teams.
Strong report writing, analytical and communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and project-based environment.
