We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Expert with 5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, or ESG consulting. The candidate will be responsible for developing sustainability reports, managing ESG data, supporting disclosures, and ensuring alignment with global sustainability reporting frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage sustainability and ESG reports.Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate ESG data.Develop ESG disclosures in line with applicable reporting frameworks.Conduct gap assessments of existing sustainability reports.Support materiality assessments and identification of key ESG topics.Prepare ESG KPIs, sustainability metrics, and reporting documentation.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of ESG data.Coordinate with internal teams and clients for ESG data collection.Support ESG audits, assurance, verification, and evidence documentation.Monitor updates in global ESG regulations and reporting standards.Support clients/organizations in improving sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, or ESG Consulting.Strong knowledge of GRI Standards and ESG reporting practices.Experience in ESG data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting.Knowledge of materiality assessment and ESG KPIs.Strong analytical, research, documentation, and report-writing skills.Good stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong Excel and data analysis skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting assignments.Framework KnowledgeKnowledge of the following frameworks will be preferred:GRIESRSSBTiTCFDMCIISSB / IFRS Sustainability StandardsCDPSASBUN SDGsPreferred QualificationsGRI-accredited/certified professional preferred.Experience with ESG software or sustainability reporting platforms.Knowledge of GHG Protocol and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reporting is an advantage.Exposure to ESG assurance, audit, or verification will be a plus.
