Develop and execute iSchool's performance marketing strategy to support business growth. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns achieve strong ROI and ROAS. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements to maximize results. Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports. Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the Creative, Sales, Product, and Business teams to improve lead generation and customer acquisition. Manage tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Set marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and share insights with senior management. Lead and support the Performance Marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
