Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results. Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports. Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the Creative, Sales, and Product teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition. Manage tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools. Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Mentor and support junior team members when needed and collaborate effectively across teams.
