Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with over 10 years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, including 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems (OHSAS/ISO) and Egyptian safety regulations is required, along with experience in incident investigation, audits, and reporting. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and ISO 45001/14001 Internal Auditor. Essential skills include leadership, team management, communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
