Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report daily HSE KPIs, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Identify and address unsafe behaviors and conditions through plant inspections and Gemba walks.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and global HSE standards.
- Lead safety investigations and implement preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and external authorities on HSE matters.
- Manage HSE budgets, Capex/Opex projects, and external consultants.
