A leading telecom company is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient availability and delivery of products, equipment, and services while driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company's business objectivesLead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory managementEnsure the timely availability and distribution of telecom equipment, devices, spare parts, and other critical materialsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and strategic partnersLead supplier selection, negotiation, performance management, and contract managementOptimize inventory levels while ensuring product availability and minimizing working capitalEstablish effective demand forecasting and supply planning processesOversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations and ensure high service levelsIdentify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve operational efficiencyDevelop and monitor supply chain KPIs, ensuring continuous performance improvementEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant supply chain standardsIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuityLead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementCollaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and other key stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in a senior leadership roleExperience in telecommunications, technology, FMCG, electronics, or another large-scale industry is preferredStrong experience across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory managementProven track record in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimizationStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing large teams and complex supply chain operationsStrong knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
