Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.Experience in telecommunications, technology, FMCG, electronics, or another large-scale industry is preferred.Strong experience across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.Proven track record in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing large teams and complex supply chain operations.Strong knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A leading telecom company is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient availability and delivery of products, equipment, and services while driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.Ensure the timely availability and distribution of telecom equipment, devices, spare parts, and other critical materials.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.Lead supplier selection, negotiation, performance management, and contract management.Optimize inventory levels while ensuring product availability and minimizing working capital.Establish effective demand forecasting and supply planning processes.Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations and ensure high service levels.Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve operational efficiency.Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs, ensuring continuous performance improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant supply chain standards.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
