Proven ability to lead and influence engineering and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and business judgment, with experience using customer insights, market analysis, and product metrics to shape portfolio strategy. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align cross-functional organizations. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience establishing and scaling product management practices.
