Guides the product lifecycle from planning to release and establishes long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features. Establishes innovative best practices organization-wide and champions analytic framework for data-driven decision-making. Partners with key stakeholders at the executive level to define and drive product direction. Drives alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution. Establishes success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features. Provides strategic oversight to teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs.
