Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with certifications such as SA8000, APSCA, ISO 45001, SMETA, or Sedex is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Rights Compliance, Social Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety, or related compliance functions is required. Strong knowledge of UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs), ILO Conventions, Employer Pays Principle, and social compliance frameworks is essential. Experience in risk assessment, supplier audits, investigations, and corrective action management is necessary, along with excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Fluent English communication is required, and Hindi/Urdu speaking ability is an advantage.
