Requirements
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Rights Compliance, Social Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety, or related compliance functions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with certifications such as SA8000, APSCA, ISO 45001, SMETA, or Sedex. Strong knowledge of UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs), ILO Conventions, Employer Pays Principle, and social compliance frameworks is essential. Experience in risk assessment, supplier audits, investigations, and corrective action management is required, alongside excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Fluent English is a must, with Hindi/Urdu as an advantage.
