Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience, preferably in the UAE.
Experience in building maintenance / facilities management / general maintenance is preferred.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate MEP maintenance works.
Experience supervising technicians and managing site activities.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
Knowledge of UAE safety requirements and maintenance practices.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
