Candidates should have a Ph.D. and a strong record of published research. Relevant teaching experience at the university level is preferred, along with teaching and/or industrial experience in experimental atomic and molecular physics, optical and laser physics, or nuclear and theoretical physics.

Job DescriptionThe Physics Department at KFUPM invites applications for faculty positions in the following areas:1. Experimental atomic and molecular physics2. Optical and laser physics3. The Physics Department has strong research programs with well-equipped experimental facilities in lasers, low-energy nuclear physics, radiation protection, superconductivity, and material science.Job ResponsibilityCandidates will be expected to establish an independent research program and to teach effectively at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
