Job DescriptionThe Department of Architecture & City Design (ACD) at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor ranks.ACD is developing its academic and research identity around the study, planning, and design of cities. Urban planning and city design provide the department's disciplinary foundation, strengthened by scientific and quantitative analysis, spatial intelligence, sustainability, systems thinking, and emerging technologies.The department offers academic programs in Smart & Sustainable Cities and seeks faculty who can contribute to the understanding of cities as complex spatial, environmental, social, and technological systems.Priority AreasApplications are particularly encouraged from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:Urban Planning & Development.
