This gives you a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting business operations, and maintaining the integrity of Emerson's returns management processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Review return requests and determine eligibility based on company return policies and guidelines.

  • Process or reject return for credit requests within established turnaround time.

  • Analyze customer inquiries, investigate issues, and provide appropriate return dispositions.

  • Performs outbound calls to customers or Sales Rep to gather information and understand their requests more.

  • Coordinates with other functional teams to help resolve customer requests and concerns.

  • Reviews portal-submitted RMAs and ensures appropriate resolution.  

  • Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

  • 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and email management tools.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
