Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.Maintain an updated talent pool and recruitment database.Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.Support the preparation and implementation of the annual training plan.Coordinate internal and external training programs.Follow up on attendance, evaluations and training effectiveness.Maintain accurate training records and employee training files.Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee inquiries.Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.Maintain and update employee files and HR records.Support performance appraisal activities and employee development initiatives.Assist in HR policies, procedures and employee engagement activities.Prepare HR reports and provide accurate HR data when required.Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
