Job Description – Specialist AnesthesiologistLocation: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Anesthesiologist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and comprehensive anesthesia care across a range of surgical and medical procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssess patients preoperatively and develop appropriate anesthesia plans. Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia as clinically appropriate. Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage intraoperative complications. Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery. Manage airway emergencies and provide appropriate resuscitation when required. Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and other medical professionals. Provide anesthesia for elective and emergency procedures. Evaluate and manage patients with complex medical conditions requiring anesthesia. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement activities, and clinical audits where required.
