Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Workflow Consultant with expertise in OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with a focus on optimizing efficiency. Experience in designing and implementing HR workflows in OpenText and SuccessFactors environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with integration of OpenText and other SAP modules is a plus.
