The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney and renal disorders, including acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and patients requiring renal replacement therapy. The role offers an opportunity to work within a modern healthcare environment with advanced renal services and a multidisciplinary team. Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board credentials are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases. Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of renal and electrolyte disorders. Manage patients with chronic kidney disease and progressive renal impairment. Provide care for patients requiring hemodialysis and other renal replacement therapies. Manage complications associated with kidney disease, hypertension, and fluid/electrolyte imbalance. Assess and manage patients with acute kidney injury. Provide pre- and post-transplant nephrology care where applicable. Collaborate with urologists, transplant surgeons, intensivists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and complex case discussions. Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing professional development. Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice. Requirements MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification. Recognized postgraduate qualification in internal medicine and nephrology. Relevant post-specialization clinical experience. Strong experience managing complex renal and medical conditions.
