The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.Seddiqi Holding is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle, from needs identification through contract management and supplier performance optimization.Key Responsibilities:Travel/Telecommunications/FleetAssist in the day-to-day administration of travel, telecommunications, and fleet services. Coordinate bookings, service requests, and operational queries across all categories. Ensure accurate processing of requests in line with company policies. Support end-to-end operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.Partner Management:Act as a point of contact for vendors on routine operational matters. Follow up on service requests, documentation, and deliverables from suppliers. Assist in tracking vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Escalate issues to the Manager where required.Maintain records of travel, telecom, and fleet expenses. Support in monitoring budgets and tracking spend against allocated budgets. Assist in identifying discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare basic cost analysis reports and summaries.Support the use and administration of systems such as Concur, Ariba, and other operational tools. Ensure data accuracy and proper system updates across all categories. Assist in process documentation and implementation of improvements.Digital Analysis Collect and compile data from different sources for reporting purposes. Assist in preparing reports on KPIs, usage trends, and operational performance. Support analysis to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets.Other DutiesRespond to employee queries related to travel, telecom, and fleet services. Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, and HR. Support customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback tracking.Maintain records, contracts, and documentation for all categories. Support RFP processes through documentation and coordination tasks. Core Procurement Activities Execute all procurement tasks including understanding end-user needs, engaging vendors, obtaining competitive quotations, and negotiating favorable terms Manage the vendor registration process and associated data management activities Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process with governance of purchase requisition information Create purchase orders and contracts using enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba About you:3-5 years job related experience 3 years of procurement operations experience, sourcing and/or data analytics Experience with e-procurement system such as SAP Ariba
