Key Responsibilities Client-Centric Service: Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the entire tourist visa application process, including electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters. Communication & Client Education: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step. Sales Mindset: Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.
