Job PurposeTo provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with airline ticket bookings, travel-related services, and general inquiries while supporting the daily operations of the Air Arabia Sales Shop. Aims to enhance the overall travel experience for passengers by offering personalized assistance and resolving any issues promptly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate check in procedures and formalities with assigned agent or loader in the correspondingsales shop as per adopted practice and in line with G9/IATA terms and conditions ensuring accuratecheck-in of customers and baggage as well as customer's satisfaction.Process /monitor visas applications and cancellations through Cozmo in line with the Air Arabiageneral policies and procedures. Take necessary action related to waver in case of delay.Conduct check-in procedures for passengers outside of the airport terminal, ensuring accuracy andefficiency.Handle baggage check-in and ensure compliance with airline regulations and safety protocols.Provide personalized assistance to passengers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues relatedto check-in processes.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with passengers and addressingtheir needs.Adhere to security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of passengers andtheir belongings.Performs other duties as required by the Supervisor/Head of Sales ShopsBooking & Reservation Operations Process bookings accurately using Air Arabia reservation systems.Verify passenger information and travel documents before issuing tickets.Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and airline regulations.Maintain complete and accurate customer booking records. Operational Support Support the daily operations of the sales shop. Maintain proper documentation for bookings, refunds, exchanges, and other transactions. Participate in product training, system updates, and development programs. Prepare basic sales and operational reports as requested if needed. Work closely with team members to achieve branch objectives.
