Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE. Company: Laith Al Obaidi GroupLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Human ResourcesIndustry: Automotive / Car TradingEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and employee services in compliance with UAE Labour Law.Key ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationMaintain accurate employee records and personnel files.Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.Handle day-to-day employee HR inquiries.RecruitmentSupport the recruitment process from vacancy to hiring.Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Communicate with candidates and maintain recruitment records. Onboarding & OffboardingCoordinate new employee onboarding and induction.Ensure completion of joining documentation.Coordinate employee clearance and exit procedures.Support exit interviews and maintain related records.
