The Branch Director also oversees the company's operations in Abu Dhabi.POSITION DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Chief Operating Officer for the network, the Branch Director is the cornerstone of the services provided to our customers, providing assurance of the quality of the services offered.Together with their staff members, the Branch Director must obtain leads and pursue new sales prospects, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and the like. They must ensure that the branch meets and surpasses business expectations. Thanks to their entrepreneurial spirit, the Branch Director will contribute to the growth of AGS in the UAE, and the AGS Group as a whole.Ultimately responsible for managing a profit centre, you must ensure that human resources are effectively managed and utilised. You will be expected to prepare, manage, and report on the branch budget, expenditure and cashflow, ensuring compliance with the Group's requirements in relation to accounting records and reports, as well as managing the recovery of debtors and creditors liabilities.The Branch Director must ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality standards, strictly adhering to FAIM standards and principles, improving compliance, and applying corrective actions.CANDIDATE PROFILE5 years experience in a similar senior management role, preferably in the International Mobility industry.
