Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience within the utility, power generation, water, energy, or IPP developer environment is preferred. Must have strong direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate assessment capabilities, along with hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment databases, and ATS platforms. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
