An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant to join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Create a dynamic and engaging environment at the Kids Club, ensuring children have a joyful and educational experience.
Lead various recreational and educational activities tailored to different age groups and interests, including arts & crafts, science experiments, and group games.
Provide personalized childcare services when required, offering comfort and safety for children separated from their parents.
Supervise all activities to maintain a safe and controlled environment, intervening in conflicts or addressing behavioral issues promptly.
Administer first aid and handle injuries as necessary, while ensuring incident reports are filed and parents are informed.
Manage cash transactions and inventory for club consumables and merchandise, ensuring efficient operations.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Hold a Higher Secondary School certificate or country specific certification.
Demonstrate both verbal and non-verbal communication with kids.
Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience (preferably within the hospitality industry) in the same role.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Be proficient in English or preferred local language (read/write/speak – essential).
