Key responsibilities include patrolling water areas and slides, recognizing signs of distress, performing water rescues, administering first aid and CPR, maintaining water quality and cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to uphold the overall safety of the waterpark.Vigilant Surveillance: Continuously scan the waterpark area and observe guest activities to identify potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, or patrons in distress. Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately to emergencies by performing rescues, administering first aid and CPR, and ensuring the safety of all patrons in and around the water attractions. Rule Enforcement: Clearly communicate and enforce all waterpark rules and regulations to ensure guest compliance and a safe environment for everyone. Facility and Equipment Inspection: Conduct daily safety checks of the waterpark, including slides, pools, equipment, and surrounding areas, reporting any unsafe conditions or hazards to management. Safety Communication: Educate waterpark guests about safety guidelines and warnings, such as those for weather or specific attractions, to promote a culture of water safety. Maintenance and Cleaning: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized waterpark, which may include tasks such as sweeping decks, picking up litter, and general upkeep of facilities.
