Role Overview:The consultant will provide L2/L3 operational support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and compliance across daily operations and critical finance cycles (month-end / year-end).Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax).Monitor, Troubleshoot and resolve posting errors, ESS job failures, reconciliation issues, and closing-related incidents.Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including regression testing and issue resolution.Support Finance-related integrations and data interfaces.Assist Finance and Audit teams during period closing and audit reviews.Maintain SOPs, and incident documentation.Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 4-7+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance in production.Strong understanding of accounting processes and period closing cycles.Proven experience in L2/L3 application support, not implementation only.Experience supporting high-volume transactional environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Experience:Experience working with telecom operators or large regulated enterprises.Exposure to complex integration flows.
