Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Contracts.Experience in a QS or Commercial role is required.Experience in Construction and/or Fit-Out projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-off, valuations, variations, and claims.Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to lead and coordinate a team.Good command of Microsoft Office and relevant ERP system
Description
Manage commercial and quantity surveying activities across assigned projects.Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and project valuations.Identify commercial risks and opportunities.Manage the preparation and submission of variations Assess the commercial impact of project changes.Coordinate with Planning and Project Teams on claims and commercial matters.Support the preparation and closure of final accounts.Lead and support the Commercial and QS team.Support the implementation of commercial and QS procedures.
