JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior HSE Engineer to lead and strengthen our health, safety, and environmental initiatives across projects. In this senior role, you will oversee the development and enforcement of HSE policies, driving safety culture and compliance within the organization.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental management systems. Conduct advanced risk assessments, site audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend mitigation strategies. Investigate major incidents, prepare detailed reports, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Provide expert guidance and training to teams and management to ensure HSE compliance and best practices. Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to embed HSE principles throughout all project phases. Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management and recommend improvements. Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain industry-leading practices.
