Description
Jasara is a project management consultancy focused on the delivery of construction projects across complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes. The team plays a critical role in ensuring MEP installations are delivered in line with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality expectations, safety requirements, and project schedules. This is an opportunity to contribute to projects where strong technical oversight and disciplined execution have a direct impact on successful delivery.In this role, you will help drive the quality and progress of MEP works across the construction lifecycle, supporting effective coordination between technical teams and maintaining high standards of compliance and execution. You will work closely with project leadership and site stakeholders to provide engineering oversight, resolve issues, and help keep project delivery on track.ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day MEP construction activities on site.Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.Ensure MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and project requirements.Conduct inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities.Monitor contractor progress and identify potential delays or quality issues.Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other disciplines.Review contractor progress reports and verify completed work.Raise NCRs, site observations, and follow up on corrective actions when required.Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the Project Manager and Resident Engineer.Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution.Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
