You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll ensure safe and reliable fleet availability while optimizing depot resources and maintenance activities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Stores), develop and maintain fleet and depot maintenance plans, and proactively address potential delays or constraints – and much more.You'll specifically take care of coordinating daily and weekly fleet maintenance activities, but also monitor fleet condition, open defects, and reliability trends to adjust maintenance priorities.We'll look to you for:Developing and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term fleet and depot maintenance plans aligned with operational, maintenance, and safety requirements. Balancing train availability, maintenance requirements, mileage, depot capacity, and operational demand in daily and weekly activities. Forecasting material and spare-parts requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely availability. Monitoring maintenance execution against plans and implementing recovery and mitigation strategies when needed. Coordinating train movements, depot activities, and maintenance requirements across workshops and stabling areas. Using tools like SAP/CMMS, Excel, Primavera, and Power BI to manage schedules, forecasts, KPIs, and reports. All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
