Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and analytical Fleet Manager to run our vehicle operations. You will keep our commercial vehicles safe, legal, and ready for work while minimizing downtime and operational costs.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repairs: Schedule and track preventive maintenance and coordinate urgent repairs with internal shops or outside vendors.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers meet legal regulations, licensing rules, and safety standards.Cost & Fuel Control: Monitor fuel usage, track operating expenses, and analyze data to reduce overall costs.Operations & Logistics: Plan efficient routes, assign daily vehicle tasks, and manage overall fleet capacity.Asset Lifecycle: Manage vehicle acquisition, registration, leasing agreements, and eventual vehicle disposal.Team Leadership: Supervise drivers and mechanics, handle recruitment, and provide safety training
