Requirements
The candidate must be proficient in essential CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Incisive, Calibre, EMX, Totem EM/IR) and have a proven track record in designing complex analog/mixed-signal IPs or chips in deep submicron CMOS technologies. Experience in bringing high-performance analog IPs like high-speed ADCs, DACs, and low-jitter PLLs to production is required, along with a solid understanding of CMOS analog/mixed-signal design methodologies, circuit analysis, device physics, and layout effects. Behavioral modeling with Verilog-A or Verilog-AMS and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
