Demonstrate capabilities in understanding client business processes, controls, and data to apply analytics procedures. Work closely with Core Financial Audit Teams, document procedures and test results clearly. Communicate effectively with client personnel and Financial Audit Teams. Seek on-the-job learning opportunities. Show practical exposure to AI tools and a strong digital mindset. Possess strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in ACL and/or SQL, and working knowledge of BI visualization tools like PowerBI and/or Tableau. Comfortable working with large data sets. Understanding of basic financial audit process, terminologies, and business process controls is advantageous. Ability to promote ideas, work effectively with all levels, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent written/oral communication skills.
