Requirements
Interns will understand client business processes and controls, apply analytics procedures, and work with Core Financial Audit Teams. They need to document procedures, communicate effectively, and seek learning opportunities. Practical exposure to AI tools, a strong digital mindset, and ethical AI use are expected. Leadership capabilities include understanding purpose and values, personal learning, accountability, communication, and relationship-building skills. Qualifications include analytical skills, experience with ACL/SQL, working knowledge of BI visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau), comfort with large datasets, and excellent communication skills. Understanding of financial audit process is advantageous.
