Assist in mapping service processes, improving customer satisfaction, and adhering to SLAs. Help in sales approach planning, monitoring sales results, and resolving customer complaints. Ensure quality of sales calls and implement standards across the unit.
Description
  • Assist in mapping all service processes across all customer touch point for RBG.
  • Help in improving the customer satisfaction level to ensure that all the survey scored to be at acceptable levels.
  • Adhere to SLAs-TATs, to assure low rejection and decline levels & high quality of customer interaction.
  • Implement solution to problem areas identifier.
  • Assist in handle customer issue.
  • Assist head of sales, business development managers, in preparing the sales approach plan/report for achieving annual/monthly result through defined targets assigned to every sales channel.
  • Schedule & have product, marketing, credit and risk meeting with sales force.
  • Assist monitoring sales result and measure results against goals set.
  • To ensure quality of sales calls/visits including accuracy & completion of information to minimize risk fraud.
  • Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.

  • Improve implementation of standards across the unit.
