Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Must be fluent in English and possess proven experience leading maintenance teams, maintenance planning, spare parts planning, contractor management, and budget ownership. Familiarity with maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, root cause analysis, loss elimination methodologies, SAP, MMIS, CMMS systems, IWS, TPM, or Lean Manufacturing frameworks is preferred, alongside strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
