Job DescriptionManage and supervise all maintenance activities for elevators and escalators.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Lead and manage maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations.Coordinate maintenance schedules, spare parts, tools, and required resources.Analyze recurring faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.Monitor maintenance costs and prepare maintenance reports and performance KPIs.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other departments when required.Ensure high levels of equipment reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction.
