Requirements
The Tawtheeq Team Leader must manage the Tawtheeq hub, handle inquiries related to GCD, AML, RIM relationships, and compliance. Key accountabilities include managing daily activities, ensuring deadlines and TAT are met, handling escalations, generating accurate MIS reports, developing new MIS formats, supporting stakeholders, assisting in policy updates, conducting presentations, and completing AML/compliance training.

JOB DESCRIPTIONRole: Team Leader - TawtheeqLocation: Abu DhabiRole Purpose:The Tawtheeq Team Leader role is to manage the Tawtheeq hub which acts as focal point for Branch Network to handle all the enquiries related to GCD, AML, RIM relationships, and other compliance enquiry. Also actively provides business insight, reviews and reports to the Management to elevate the overall performance and productivity of Branch NetworkKey Accountabilities of the role Manage day-to-day activities of Tawtheeq hubEnsure the Team is meeting the set deadline and doesn't exceed process and UAECB response TATHandle Escalation enquires for the teamEnsuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance ofMIS generated reportsAct as responsible owner for the centralized MIS trackerDevelop new MIS formats/templates/KPI for management and internal communication.Support and align efforts to meet stakeholders need.Assist in updating and reviewing bank policies and procedures based on regulatory change, internal audits and examination by regulatory agenciesConduct monthly/ Quarterly to present issues and reportsDemonstrate up-to-date expertise in information systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans.Prepares analytical study of team performance.To contribute to the business planning.Create and maintain issue logs, summaries and updatesTo work constructively and cooperatively with other members of the team.Complete all the required AML, compliance, and other training assignedPerform other duties as and when assigned.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Aware of all GCD and compliance regulations for compliance officers.Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Operational Policies & ProceduresFair Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risksGood Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authoritiesAnalytical and research skills to define and solve problemsFair knowledge of service standardsManagement Information skillsComputer skill
