Requirements
Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatric SurgeryValid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain UAE licensureMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experienceStrong experience in pediatric surgical procedures, including elective and emergency casesExperience managing complex pediatric surgical conditionsStrong clinical decision-making and patient-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with pediatricians, anesthetists, intensivists, and other specialistsTier 1 Consultant qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferredExperience in a tertiary-care or JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage
