As a key player in our recruitment division, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the best match for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process between clients and candidates.
- Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants to enhance overall team performance.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
