The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and will have a deep understanding of the local job market and recruitment trends. Business development and cold calling Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. - Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. - Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing offers, and conducting reference checks. - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of placing candidates in a variety of industries. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment legislation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering results. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in using recruitment software.
